LUXEMBOURG, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- La Mancha Investments S. à r. l. (La Mancha ), a wholly owned subsidiary of La Mancha Resource Fund SCSp, advised by La Mancha Resource Capital LLP, announces today that on September 7, 2026, the counterparty to La Mancha's call option agreement dated December 27, 2024 (the Call Option Agreement ) elected to exercise its call option (Option ) over 28,063,062 common shares (Shares ) of Belo Sun Mining Corp. (TSX: BSX) (Belo Sun ) (the Exercise ). Concurrently, the counterparty agreed to surrender its option over a further 28,063,062 Shares and all other rights under the Call Option Agreement in consideration for a fee of approximately CAD 37.9 million (Fee ), following payment of which by La Mancha, the Call Option Agreement shall terminate in full.
