Major spoilers ahead for Lucky episode 7

Lucky’s finale, “All Good Things,” puts Lucky (Anya Taylor-Joy) in the riskiest position she’s been in since the start of the show, but it’s not a manipulative play or being five steps ahead that saves her in the end.
